And this is precisely where our Administration Services offer will help you out. Thanks to it, your Virtual Private Server will be entered in our own custom–made monitoring system, which will keep an eye on all the important processes. And in case of a service failure, our skilled sysadmins will be alerted momentarily and they will fix the trouble as quickly as possible.

Weekly Backups

In case you run a high–demand site or a data–intensive web application, it is essential to keep a full back–up copies of everything. Unfortunately, setting up an automated backup solution can be difficult. That is why we offer you our Administration Services package – we promise to maintain a full backup of your Linux VPS, not only of your sites and data, but of all the custom modifications that you have created. Our backup scripts run each week, preserving all the configurations that you have made during that period.

Installation & Troubleshooting

When using a Linux Virtual Private Server, you have full freedom to run any kind of script or service on your server. Yet, certain scripts are more difficult to install and may require some extra setup on your part. This is when our Administration Services offer can come in real handy. It includes 30 min of installation & problem–solving duties – this means that you’ll be able to basically hire one of our trained server admins for 30 min and have him assist you with the installation of any software app that you want. Or have him fix a problem that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Administration Services deal is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and it is an optional feature with our KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
