We’ll transfer your site(s) to our cutting–edge cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from personal experience that swapping hosting providers can lead to lost data and unwanted network downtime. That’s why we will perform all that for you at no cost!We have experienced administrators whose chief job is to make certain that your website works exactly as it did on your previous hosting platform. The administrators are well–versed in transferring custom–made web sites, as well as web sites that are based upon well–known web applications such as Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: We try to carry out all website migrations as quickly as possible. Still, we do not have a fixed time frame for website migrations. There are certain aspects that you need to take into consideration – the very size of your website and the workload of our web site migration team, etc. We always strive to perform each migration in less than 48 hours. With less sizeable sites, our team usually manages to finish in less than 24 hours.

A: We do not request any private details. We will need, though, the login info for your current hosting account and the name of the web site that you want to transfer.

A: Nope. Your web site will continue to be completely operational during the migration. Once everything is completed on our end, we’ll let you know so that you can preview it and check for any problems. If everything’s alright, all you will need to do is modify your domain name’s DNS records.

A: No. Aside from your login info for the Control Panel, we will not need anything. We’ll never get in touch with your hosting provider. They will not know anything about the migration either.

A: Yes. We support all standard Linux–powered hosting platforms. We do not support Windows–based web hosting platforms, since we don’t offer Windows hosting services ourselves.Additionally, we don’t support proprietary website building and administration tools like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
